What processing covers
Routing and authorization
When a customer requests cash, the processor sends the request through the card networks to the customer's bank, which approves or declines it in seconds.
Settlement
The processor then pays the owner's bank account for the cash dispensed, along with any surcharge revenue. How often settlement happens is part of the processing agreement.
Reporting
The processor records each transaction. Owners use those records to see how much the machine dispenses and when it will need cash.
Surcharge arrangement
The surcharge is the fee a customer pays to use the ATM. The processing setup controls the amount and where that revenue goes. On ATMs bought from us, you keep 100% of it.

Before planning a change, check two things:
- Compatibility. Not every machine works with every processor. We review the make, model, software and how it connects before anything else.
- Your current agreement. Check its term, notice period and any conditions for ending it. We can't advise on your contract, so read it carefully or ask your current provider before you commit to switching.
Free processing is part of our ATM purchase terms. For a machine bought elsewhere, we'll explain the processing terms that apply once we've reviewed it.
